What is Corporate Office Yoga?

Corporate yoga sessions are offered in your workplace directly. One of our highly trained Hatha yoga instructors will come directly to your company and teach a class ranging from 30-minutes to a 1-hour long in the morning, during lunch, or after work hours.

A single class can turn your breakroom or boardroom into a space for Vinyasa flow yoga, peaceful meditation, and energizing breathing practices. Every class is designed to be well-rounded, including everything your employees need to access complete healing and inner peace. The group will work on building strength, flexibility, and balance all at once. Most importantly, they will learn how to stay calm no matter what comes their way.

The only thing your employees need to get started is a change of clothes and a yoga mat. Classes are structured to be appropriate for all levels of practitioners. The teacher will cover the basics initially. As the class progresses, the students will be encouraged to move along with the poses while listening to their body's needs and maintaining a steady breath.
